make memories with your daughter
Mother Daughter Camp in New Braunfels, Texas.
There is something special about a mother daughter relationship. While escaping the normal pressures of day to day life, it is our hope to facilitate a couple days for you to get away with your girl(s) to just be mom and daughter.
Take some time away to sit on a swing while you chat, open God’s Word and pray with each other. Encourage one another on our high ropes course and build memories that will last a lifetime.
— playing, talking, and being silly all while studying God’s Word together.
Parent Child retreat ages.
Parent Child Retreats are open to all ages. Please note the majority of our campers are elementary-aged, but we have several teen campers who return each year who look forward to this weekend with their parent. We are attentive to providing teaching and activities appropriate for all ages, but don’t be surprised by the heavier attendance of elementary-aged kids!

2021 Speakers - Kate and Karen Downing
Kate and Karen Downing are a mom-daughter duo who love Jesus and helping women and girls love Him too! Karen is the mom to three daughters and Grandma to 4 granddaughters and one grandson. Karen has served as a teacher, Women’s Minister, and Youth Minister for many years. When she isn’t traveling to visit her kids and grandkids, she lives in Atlanta, GA. Her youngest daughter, Kate, has had the privilege of working in Student and Girls Ministry for the last eleven years. She currently serves as the Girls Minister at BattleCreek Church in Tulsa, OK. Whether it’s through speaking or writing, Kate loves to teach girls how to fall in love with God’s Word. They both love a good cup of coffee and any opportunity to have fun!
Kate and Karen have seen first-hand the growth and joy that comes from moms and daughters taking time away from the busyness of work, school, and life in general to cultivate a deeper and stronger relationship with the Lord and one-another. There is no greater opportunity to do this than through this Mother-Daughter Camp!
