It will be a weekend to be refreshed and refueled and rejuvenated. Come, enjoy a break from responsibility, with hot coffee in hand and plenty of time to slow down and simply be without interruption or distraction. There will be solid Biblical teaching along with time to glean truth from conversations with each other.

For those staying on property, you’ll be lodging in one of our hotel-style Lodge Rooms, with either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. Linens and towels are provided but please bring toiletries. You can request roommates for double, triple or quad occupancy through the roommate request feature on your account.

Speaker: Kay Gabrysch
Kay Gabrysch is a Bible study teacher, author, and conference speaker. She regularly teaches two weekly Bible classes in her home church of Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas, in addition to several retreats each year. She served for 15 years in Bible Study Fellowship in the roles of discussion leader, class administrator, and teaching leader before beginning her ministry at PCPC.
After graduating from Texas State University with a degree in English and History, she taught English in public schools and was a high school dance team director. For 35 years she was a small business owner serving dance and drill teams in Texas. She holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis.
She and her husband, Ray, have two married children and four grandchildren. Kay has written The Rise of the Lord’s Anointed, Studies in First and Second Samuel, which is published by P&R publishing. Her passion is giving women the tools to mine the depths of scripture’s grand narrative so that they see the Bible as one central story from Genesis to Revelation.
