T Bar M has been delivering unforgettable retreat experiences to families, groups and organizations for nearly 40 years.

In light of the current circumstances, we are taking additional steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests on property.

We want you to have all the information possible, so you can make the best decision for your group.


Below is our 5-step response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

1. following government guidelines

We look to the CDC, national, state and local government authorities for guidance.

In order to implement the health protocols issued by the government, T Bar M has developed a task force to prepare our property, staff and programs to serve our guests in a safe and healthy manner.


2. upgrading cleaning protocols

T Bar M is upgrading our already high standards of cleaning.

Our cleaning practices already include the recommendations from the CDC. We are adding an “excel still more” attitude to our disinfection practices especially in high traffic areas. All areas of cleanliness will include more rigorous practices and increase in frequency throughout the day.

For guests staying in our lodge, our staff will thoroughly clean your room before arrival and will not re-enter during your stay.

An abundance of hand washing and sanitizer stations will be easily accessible to our guests throughout our property.

3. guest health safety

We are working with all group leaders to ensure all guests arrive in accordance with our health safety guidelines.

We’ll send guidelines to your group leader about how you can prepare to be a guest on our property. Additionally, we’re following CDC recommended guidelines to ensure our staff is safe and healthy and ready to serve you.

4. safe social distancing

Safe social distancing and outdoor meeting options.

We’ll work with group leaders to make sure your meeting spaces and dining accommodations are in line with recommended social-distancing practices. We also have plenty of outdoor spaces for our guests to get some fresh air, whether it be for an outdoor meeting or a nice stroll around the property.

5. keeping a healthy kitchen

We are taking extra measures in our food service area to protect our guests dining with us on property.
  • Preparation: Specific attention will be given to stringent protocols for practicing food preparation safety.
  • Serving: There will be limited cross contamination opportunities with new procedures in place for guests to receive food individually.
  • Consumption: Guests will each have everything they need to enjoy their meal independently.
