T Bar M offers three discipleship programs; the Timothy Team (male and female positions), H&H (only male positions). The Timothy Team and H&H programs are unique to the industry in that you do not need to raise financial support to participate in the experience. Meet the director

Seth McCord has been working in camping ministry for 13 years, doing everything from creative design and programming to running the summer kitchen. He participated in the Timothy Team in 2010-11. He and his wife, Haley, have 3 boys and love leading the Timothy as it is a family effort. Some of their passions are geeking out about the Bible, Roman history, coffee, and family Lego days.
