Here at T Bar M we call all our summer staff, Coaches. These coaches aren't just ordinary high school or college students; they are extraordinary, faithful, and responsible leaders who are dedicated to making every moment at camp unforgettable. Day in and day out, they're there for our campers, guiding them through exciting adventures, lending a caring ear, and being the role models they look up to. What sets our coaches apart is their unwavering commitment to the values we hold dear. Our team searches far and wide for the very best students who not only excel in their own lives but also embody the spirit of Christ.
