John is currently serving on the Pastoral Care and Teaching Team at Harris Creek Baptist Church in McGregor, Texas. In 2011, John married Laura. They have three kiddos: Hill (11), Penny (9), Judd (7).Â
The Elmores love life together and the out of the ordinary – so road trips, vacations, really any experiences together as a family…and thus T Bar M is GOLD to them in this regard. Â
John says: We could not give T Bar M a higher endorsement – it’s the perfect combination of fun, faith and family. You and your kids will play, laugh, pray, make memories, have intentional times, stretch yourself and leave closer to each other and God, filled-up on love and purpose, with a renewed vision for living a life of faith. Choose one week of your summer while your kids are still kids – for you and your family to be eternally impacted.Â
Eli Bonilla Jr. is the father to three beautiful children; Novalee, Ezekiel, and Eden, and husband to Alexis Bonilla. He is an emerging leader in the NextGen space, serving several networks in varied roles. He is the NextGen Regional Co-Chair for North America with Empowered21 and the National Millennial Director for the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC). His full-time responsibilities are with Abundant Life Church of God as the Executive Pastor.
Will lives in Round Rock, Texas with his wife, Natalie, and their two daughters, Lucy (7) and Emma (5). Together they are navigating life in the suburbs – engaging in work and school, enjoying and stewarding God's creation, dreaming big dreams and doing lots of ordinary things – all with the hope of the gospel of Jesus.
Will serves as the North Congregation Pastor of The Austin Stone Community Church and is grateful for every opportunity to herald the powerful news of God's love through Jesus.Â
Joe is passionate about being used by God to expand His Kingdom. It starts at home for him and his beautiful bride of 20 years, Emily, as they raise their five young disciples - Nate (16), Chloe (15), Hudson (11), Bri (10), and Liam (8). It's a season of transition as Joe has taken the role of Senior Director of Camps at T Bar M!
Adventure is at the top of the [alphabetical] list of Dalton family values, so presenting Christ in the exciting, enthusiastic, and encouraging camp environment as a part of the T Bar M family feels like the perfect fit. Discretionary time is spent with his family playing disc golf, basketball, volleyball, dancing, exploring in the forest... really anything that builds the family's shared experiences!Â
Michael serves as the Pastor of Matthews Memorial Presbyterian Church in Albany, TX.
He is the proud husband of his wife, Erin, and father of his four children: Case, Declan, Tate, and Ellis. Michael is passionate about discipleship, caring for God’s people, and equipping them to use their gifts for the work of ministry. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a degree in Finance. He also received a master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary with a focus on Christian Leadership. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, running with Erin, and sharing a good meal with friends.
Connor is currently serving as the Lead Pastor at Onward Community Church in Frisco, TX. Here’s Connor’s story! God graciously gave me an amazing family. I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and became a believer at a young age. I made a lot of mistakes in my youth and found myself in trouble frequently through high school. I let myself live as the world told me to, but now I have fully tasted and seen that the LORD is good, and His ways are lifegiving. You could tell everything about me in high school and college by who I surrounded myself with. God used community in my life, starting after high school, to turn my life around. This is where I really became passionate about the Church and the importance of each of us living in the midst of God defined friendships, which we call community.Â
My family is what I consider my first and true ministry. I met my wife Ally in college at Oklahoma State University (go pokes), and we didn’t waste any time getting married after, nor did we wait to have kiddos. Scripture has proven true in that children are a blessing from the LORD.Â
Adam is the Lead Pastor of Eastside Community Church in Dallas, Texas. He married his wife Chelsea in 2010, and they have three sons—Oscar, Gus, and Theodore.
Adam completed his Masters in Theology at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, earned a Certificate of Youth and Family Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary, and finished a Doctorate of Educational Ministry in Executive Leadership at Southern Seminary in 2018. When he isn’t pastoring or parenting or husbanding – he loves to write, podcast, and create resources for families.
