Base Camp

Opening Day (Sunday)

Last names A-K: 2-2:30PM | L-Z: 2:30-3PM

Closing Day (Saturday) – Arrive between 8:00 – 8:25AM | Closing Ceremonies begin at 8:30AM

Camp Travis

Opening Day (Sunday) – Parents please stay in your car for drop-off.

Last names A-M: 4-4:30PM | N-Z: 4:30-5PM

Closing Day (Saturday) – Arrive between 10:35 – 10:55AM | Closing Ceremonies begin at 11AM

New Braunfels Day Camp

Parents will stay in their car all week until Closing Ceremony.

Drop Off: 8:30AM Monday-Friday

Pick Up: 4:30PM Monday-Thursday.

Friday Closing Ceremonies begin at 4:20PM.

No shuttles will run Friday afternoon.

Shuttles are first come first served. To reserve your spot, login to your camper's account.

New Braunfels Day Camp Shuttle Information

Shuttles run Monday through Thursday and Friday morning. No shuttles will run Friday afternoon - we invite all parents to attend Closing Ceremonies at 4:30PM.

Weeks 2-8 & 10:

Morning pick up: 7:45AM
Afternoon drop off: 5:00PM

Week 9:

Boerne – Boerne City Park (Meet Near Swimming Pool)

Morning pick up: 7:45AM
Afternoon drop off: 5:35PM

Is there a Lost & Found?

Yes, each camp has a lost and found. Label everything with your camper’s name to make it easier to find your lost items!

My camper forgot their lunch or water bottle. Can I drop it off?

Yes. Bring it to the Welcome Center at our New Braunfels property and the main office at Camp Travis, and we’ll get it to your camper.

Can parents visit the cabin on Opening Day?

To help with smooth transitions, we ask you to say your goodbyes when meeting your camper's coach on Opening Day. Your camper’s coach will walk them back to their cabin. Our coaches are pros at helping campers settle in quickly and comfortably!

When can I visit the Camp Store?

Parents can visit the Camp Store on Opening and Closing Day. Campers will have an opportunity to visit the store with their cabin one time during their session.
