Payment Policies
To finalize your reservation, return a copy of your contract with your
non-refundable deposit to:

– The remaining balance of payment will be due after your retreat, once you receive your final invoice from your coordinator.
– Make checks payable to: “T Bar M Camps and Retreats”.
– A final number of guests must be provided to your coordinator 14 days prior to arrival.
