While we’re not affiliated with any one church or denomination, both our full-time and summer staff share a common statement of faith and a desire to see campers grow in their relationship with Jesus. This statement of faith guides our team as we seek to live out our mission to present Jesus Christ and teach His ways in each of our camp programs. 

Campers from all religious or non-religious backgrounds are welcome to attend T Bar M Camps. Each week at camp, the Gospel of Jesus Christ is presented thoughtfully and lovingly through daily activities, stories, worship, and authentic relationships with coaches. Our greatest joy is watching kids experience the love of God, and we seek to create an environment where every camper, regardless of religious background, is cared for and encouraged. 

When you retreat at T Bar M, you’ll experience a place that is shaped by who we are and what we believe. Every part of how we serve—from our hospitality to the way our team interacts with guests—is grounded in the love and truth of Jesus Christ. Our heart is to serve with excellence, joy, and genuine care because of the God we serve. 

While retreat guests may lead their own schedules and programming, faith is part of the environment here. You may notice prayers before meals, Scripture displayed around our property, and conversations with staff who are eager to reflect Christ through their words and actions. 

T Bar M welcomes a variety of groups to use our facilities. However, as a Christian organization, our property and programs operate under our Statement of Faith and our mission to present Jesus Christ and teach His ways. Because of this, we are unable to host or facilitate religious gatherings, teachings, or practices that directly oppose or contradict our Christian beliefs. 

We’re grateful for every group that chooses to retreat with us and strive to create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed, cared for, and respected, while still maintaining our commitment to uphold the beliefs and values that guide everything we do.
