Making a Friend Request.
If your Camper wants to be in the same cabin as a friend, then you need to complete the online Friend Request form in your account.
Check out this video to learn how!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do all Campers come with a friend? Absolutely not. This is actually super common!
We are confident your Camper will make friends quickly! We’re intentional about setting up cabins and friend requests to not isolate any single Camper. Our Coaches are trained to help facilitate friendships and prevent "cliques.”
To prevent this, our friend request policy limits requests to four Campers linked in a group. For example, if the friend you have requested is already linked to another friend, there are now three in that group, with room to add only one more.

The Camp Store Guide
Your Camper will have a blast with or without them, but if you're into sweet surprises, here's your chance to add a sprinkle of extra fun.

Store Card
The Store Card is an account you set up for your Camper within their online account. This will allow your Camper to have funds available to them when they visit the Camp store.
PLEASE NOTE: Each Camper will have the opportunity to visit the Camp store once during their week-long stay. This visit will be organized by cabin. We allow Campers ample time to explore and select meaningful mementos that will remind them of their time at T Bar M Camps.
Look for "Store Card" in your Camper's account to add money in their account to be used during their visit to the Camp store.
Care Packages
Surprise your Camper with our special Mission Impossible & Alpha/Omega theme packages. They're a perfect collection of items for jazzing up theme nights! And guess what? We'll deliver them right on time, before each theme night begins. Cool, huh?
*Camp Travis does not have a Mission Impossible theme night

Preparing for Camp FAQs
Some campers go all out, while others keep it simple with a few fun accessories. The goal is to participate and have fun — not to have the most elaborate costume.
Any version your camper can easily read and understand is great. Many campers bring an NIV or ESV translation. Campers will use it daily during daily Bible studies with their cabin, so one that’s familiar to them is best.
No worries — we’ve got them covered! If your camper’s water bottle is lost or forgotten, we will provide them with one. We have plenty of refill stations and will make sure your camper stays hydrated throughout the day.
Friend Requests are limited to four campers. This keeps cabin sizes balanced and helps new friendships grow. For larger groups, we encourage parents to divide the group ahead of time.
Credit card payments include a small processing fee that varies by card. There’s no fee for electronic check or debit card payments.
If you see a red triangle next to a step of your registration, that means that step is incomplete or needs attention. Once a step is complete, you should see a blue check mark next to it.
Parents can visit the Camp Store on Closing Day after picking up their camper. Campers will have an opportunity to visit the store with their cabin one time during their session.
Cabin deliveries will be delivered in plenty of time for your camper to enjoy during their week at camp. Theme Night packages will be delivered before the Theme Night.
If $5 or more remains on your camper’s store card account, you will receive a refund after your camper’s session. The refund will be issued to the original payment source.
