Camp Connection FAQs

Can my camper bring a phone to camp?

We’re an unplugged camp — and we love it that way! Leaving phones behind helps campers fully engage, form deeper friendships, and focus on all the fun in front of them. In the event of an emergency, give us a call and we will communicate a message to your camper.

I don’t see photos of my camper’s cabin or my camper, why?

Our camp photographers do their best to get photos of each camper each day, but depending on the weather or what activities your camper’s cabin does that day, that may not always be the case. A lack of photos is not an indication that something is wrong with your camper.

What should I write in Bunk Notes?

Bunk Notes are a great way to cheer on your camper throughout the week! You might include a favorite Bible verse, a funny story, or a simple reminder that you love them. Focusing too heavily on home or how much you miss them can sometimes make homesickness harder. Keep your notes light, encouraging, and full of excitement for all they’re getting to experience at camp!

Can I pack a treat or small gift for my camper’s cabin?

You’re welcome to include non-food treats like stickers, bracelets, or small games! We ask that you skip food items for safety and allergy reasons.
