That’s where T Bar M’s Leadership Challenge comes in—a fully programmed overnight field trip experience designed to inspire leadership in 5th-8th grade students.
T Bar M’s Leadership Challenge adjusts to meet your school’s needs and schedule, with 1-night and 2-night programming options.
Our 1-night, action-packed program includes:
- 24 hours on our property
- 3 meals for your group
- 8 hours of programming
- 1 night of on-property lodging
Our 2-night program includes:
- 48 hours on our property
- 5 meals for your group
- 12 hours of programming
- 2 nights of on-property lodging
- More built-in down time for relationship building
